Who we are

Linguine is operated by MRWTRADES LIMITED, registered in England and Wales under company number 16599189, with registered office at 6 Earle Close, Newton-Le-Willows, England, WA12 9NN.

App licence

If you download Linguine from Apple's App Store, your use of the app is subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless a different end-user licence is presented in the App Store. These terms add app-specific information and do not reduce rights you have under applicable law.

Fitness guidance

Linguine provides informational fitness and training guidance. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Training carries risk. Consider your health, environment, experience and current condition before acting on any suggestion, and seek qualified medical advice where appropriate.

Recommendations depend on the data available and can be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for decisions about your training and safety.

Your responsibilities

• Use Linguine lawfully and only for its intended personal fitness purposes.
• Provide accurate information where accuracy matters to the guidance you receive.
• Do not misuse, interfere with, reverse engineer or attempt unauthorised access to the app, website or related services except where the law expressly permits it.
• Keep your device and Apple account secure.

Subscriptions and purchases

Paid features, where offered, are purchased through Apple. The App Store displays the current price, billing period and any eligible offer before you confirm a purchase. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds are handled under your Apple account and Apple's applicable terms. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple account settings.

Your content

You retain ownership of information and content you add to Linguine. You give us only the limited permission needed to process that content to provide the app features you choose to use. You are responsible for content you deliberately share or export.

Availability and changes

We may improve, change, suspend or discontinue features. Some features depend on compatible devices, Apple services, permissions, subscriptions, network access or sufficient training data. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.

Intellectual property

Linguine, its design, software, branding and original content are owned by or licensed to MRWTRADES LIMITED and are protected by intellectual property law. Apple, Apple Health, Apple Watch, iPhone and App Store are trademarks of Apple Inc.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your mandatory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, Linguine is provided without guarantees beyond those required by law. We are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate or incomplete user or third-party data, use contrary to guidance, unsupported devices, or events outside our reasonable control.

Ending use

You may stop using Linguine at any time. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel an Apple subscription or delete data separately stored in Apple Health or iCloud. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance or material breach of these terms.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, while preserving any mandatory protections and court rights available to you where you live. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern.
